Brain Injury Services of Northern Ontario is a non-profit charitable
organization, which has been providing a variety of rehabilitation and
support services for the past 22 years to individuals living with the
effects of an acquired brain injury. BISNO is currently seeking an
innovative and energetic person for the position of:

MANAGER - Community Services
Permanent Full Time
RESPONSIBILITIES: In accordance with the organization’s mission,
philosophy, aims and objectives of service delivery, and as a member
of the Senior Management Team, you will be required to:
• Manage, plan, coordinate, evaluate and oversee the provision of
services through the following programs: Community Services and
Addictions & Mental Health programs.
• In collaboration with the Program Director, identify service delivery
and program development needs in order to ensure continuous
growth and high quality in services.
• Facilitate and participate in internal/external committees.
• Supervise, coach and mentor assigned Supervisors.
• Provide services in a manner that epitomizes our Code of Ethics
and is consistent with the organization’s policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS: University degree in Human Services and a
minimum of 3 years as a Manager and/or 5 years as a Supervisor.
Demonstrated experience in clinical rehabilitation, program
development and management of human resources.
