BOOKKEEPER /ACCOUNTING CLERK
Our client, an established Property Management
Company, has an immediate opening for a highly motivated
and detail oriented individual for a full-time position as a
bookkeeper/accounting clerk.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily
accounting/bookkeeping activities as follows:
• maintaining a fully intergraded Property Management
program including the accounts receivable, accounts
payable, and general ledger modules.
• maintaining tenant and property information
• preparation of monthly bank reconciliation for several
accounts
• recording of receipts and processing invoices
• preparation of monthly financial reports for owners
Qualifications and Experience:
• 3+ years experience in the accounting field
• Accounting diploma considered an asset
• Experience with Acori Property Management Program
an asset (training provided)
• Knowledge and experience with computerized
accounting programs including Excel and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be flexible, extremely organized, work under
tight deadlines and multi-task when necessary.
