Community Living Thunder Bay is proud of its commitment to advocating for
the rights and quality of life of persons with an intellectual disability.
Our goal is that ALL people live in a state of dignity, share in all
elements of living in the community and have the opportunity to participate
effectively. With over 400 employees and a 15 million dollar operating
budget, the organization is dedicated to a person centered support model.

Community Living Thunder Bay invites applications for the position of
Executive Director. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, this
vital role will have the ultimate responsibility of managing the
organization's human and fiscal resources in order to deliver maximum value
to all stakeholders.

Passionate and visionary, the Executive Director will lead the organization
to fulfill its mandate that all citizens of Thunder Bay enjoy equal rights,
freedoms and opportunities; where all people are valued for their
contributions, opinions, and individuality within a community. A strategic
thinker, this innovative and inspiring leader will champion service
excellence and build a strong, collaborative presence in the community and
sector utilizing community resources to their fullest. The Executive
Director will ensure that CLTB is responsive to supported individuals,
families, members, and funders. An understanding and support of the
governance model of a volunteer board is essentital.
