Human Resource and Management Support
Reporting to the Executive Director, this position will coordinate staff
recruitment and orientation, provide quality assurance monitoring and
training, and participate in volunteer recruitment, training and recognition.
The position will provide administrative support for stakeholder relations
such as maintenance of various data bases, donordevelopment and
recognition, communications and general marketing of the agency. As
needed, general office administrative support will also be provided.
A diploma in Business or Business Administration with specialization in
Human Resources and/or Marketing is preferred. Previous experience
in the not-for-profit, human services sector would be beneficial. Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
engage the audience is needed. Highly organized with the ability to
manage a range of expectations and coordinate with many staff is
required. Your ability to also communicate in French, relate to the
Lutheran constituency, and be familiar with services to adults with a
developmental disability will be an asset.
