North of Superior Counelling Programs is a community-based mental health
agency in the District of Thunder Bay that offers public
education/prevention, counselling, assessment, referral and treatment
services to individuals and/or families affected by mental health and
addictions. North of Superior Counselling Programs provides services for
both adults and children.

The Infant/Child Development Worker is responsible to deliver intensive
child and family support and intervention, focusing on pre-school children
experiencing mental health and developmental struggles in a milieu
consistent with the Agency's philosophy and principles of service. This
includes providing assessment and referral (if necessary), counselling,
family therapy, intensive child and family intervention, group intervention
and community education.

Applicants will possess a Bachelor or Master's of Social Work degree or
related qualifications.
