Food & Beverage Manager
With an emphasis on maintaining a clean and safe work environment, you will
manage the F&B department in compliance with AGCO and provincial/federal
policies and procedures. You will implement employee training, performance
appraisal, and corrective counselling programs, develop and control
departmental budgets, and promote the utmost integrity and highest calibre
of customer service. With a university degree in hospitality or a related
field, you have a minimum of five years of managerial experience and have
completed a management training program. You have excellent organizational,
interpersonal, and communications skills, as well as working knowledge of
computer software packages and the day-to-day operations of a large venue.
