Technical Records Clerk REF #187: Highly organized with attention to detail, you will utilize your strong planning, recordkeeping, data entry, research and filing skills. You must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of aviation technical records would be a definite asset.
Parts Desk Purchaser REF #189: Organized and personable, you will source and obtain quotes from vendors and create purchase orders and repair orders for component repairs. This position is primarily purchasing related, however, you will be required to assist with other duties within the parts department. Purchasing experience is an asset and you must be available to accommodate
after-hours calls on a rotating basis.
Accounting Assistant/Warranty Administrator REF #190: Highly organized and detail-oriented, you will be responsible for processing and tracking warranty claims, creating and reviewing invoices, issuing customer statements, and tracking and collecting accounts receivable. The successful applicant must have an understanding of accounting principles with a minimum of 2 years practical experience or educational equivalent. Warranty administration experience is an asset.
