The Work of the Contract includes construction of a new
residential subdivision development including new roads, grading,
excavation, drainage infrastructure installation, watermain,
sanitary sewers, asphalt paving, infiltration trenches, landscaping,
close cut clearing, erosion and sediment control, stormwater
management ponds, electrical work, and street lighting.
As per the specifications of the contract, a tender deposit must be
attached to the tender.
Tender documents will be available from the True Grit Consulting
Ltd. office upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit cheque in the
amount of $75.00 per set made payable to True Grit Consulting Ltd.
Tender documents will be available for pick up at True Grit
Consulting Ltd. on JULY 24, 2014 at 9:00am. Tender documents
will also be available for viewing between 8:30am and 5:00pm at
the Construction Association of Thunder Bay at 857 May Street
North Thunder Bay, ON.

The scope of work, in general terms, involves constructing 540
meters of new watermain, sections of sanitary and storm sewer
replacement, asphalt pavement replacement, curb and gutter
replacement, and miscellaneous repairs along the Highway 594 /
Duke Street corridor between Casimir Ave. and Colonization Ave.
All bidders are required to complete a MANDATORY SITE
INSPECTION. Arrangements for this inspection can be made with
the Owner. Only bids from Contractors who have visited the site
will be accepted.
Tenders shall be accompanied by a BID BOND in the amount of
10% of the Total Tender Price and an AGREEMENT TO BOND
form. The successful Tenderer will be required to post a one
hundred percent (100%) PERFORMANCE BOND and a fifty
percent (50%) LABOUR AND MATERIALS BOND.

Street - 2nd Floor on Monday July 21, 2014 after
1:00 p.m. upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit cheque in the amount of
