THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF OLIVER
PAIPOONGE invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the
Purchase or Lease of the Municipally owned Agriplex property
located in the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge at 570 Hwy 130,
having a site area of approximately 21.5 acres. This property will
be sold for the appraised value or leased in accordance with
current market values. The appraisal of the property will consider
the proposal(s) which optimize the use of the property, subject to
approval of any required permits or applications, potentially
including Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments.
One building is included on the lands. The inside of the building is
incomplete.
Interested persons or corporations are to submit an EOI to:
