MUSKRAT DAM FIRST NATION NURSING STATION AIR CONDITIONING UPGRADE Sealed tenders marked as “Muskrat Dam First Nation Nursing Station Air Conditioning Upgrade” will be received by the consultant Profor Engineering Services Ltd. up to but not later than 1:00 PM EDT on Thursday, June 27, 2013. Under this contract: A split ductless air conditioning system will be constructed at the existing Nursing Station and Residences, complete with evaporator heads, condensers, interconnecting piping, appurtenances, and controls. A tender deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque payable to the Muskrat Dam First Nation in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total tendered amount must be attached to the tender. The successful bidder will be required to provide a (50%) Performance Bond and a (50%) Labour and Materials Payment Bond.
