PUBLIC NOTICE OF TENDER FOR CONTRACT NO. R2014-1
MITAANJIGAMIING FIRST NATION
ACCESS ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to their contents, will be

Tenders will be opened at the TBT Engineering Limited
Boardroom, 1918 Yonge Street, Thunder Bay, ON 2:30 p.m. of the
same day.
The Work of the Contract includes grading and placement of
granulars at four locations of vertical grade revision and granular
surface for the full length extending South Easterly from the
Gresinger Township and Mitaanjigamiing First Nation Boundary for
2.76 km to the Community of Mitaanjigamiing as specified in the
tender documents.
A tender deposit in the form of certified cheque or Bid Bond
payable to the Mitaanjigamiing First Nation in the amount of 10 %
of the Bid Price must be attached to the tender. The tender deposit
of the successful Tenderer shall be exchanged for both the
Performance Bond for 100% of the total value of the contract and
the Labour & Material Bond for 50% of the total value of the
contract, upon the award of the contract.
Tender documents will be available for pick up at the below offices
on SEPTEMBER 10, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. upon the receipt of a nonrefundable deposit cheque in the amount of $50.00 per set made
payable to TBT Engineering.

REHABILITATION OF SANITARY SEWERS
CONTRACT 11, 2014

Up to NOON, local time on Tuesday, September 23, 2014.
Tenders will be opened publicly at 1:30 p.m. of the same day in the City Boardroom.
This contract is for the rehabilitation of gravity sanitary sewers by the in-situ lining method (or approved equivalent) and associated works at the following locations within the City of Thunder Bay: Winnipeg Ave., Markland St., Inchiquin St., Hill St., Hartland St., Faircrest St., Balmoral Ave., Bernard St., Brodie St. and Shuniah St. Total length of sewers to be rehabilitated is approximately 1,775 metres, ranging in sizes from 200mm to 375mm in diameter.
Contract documents may be obtained from the office of Hatch Mott MacDonald, and are available for viewing at the Thunder Bay Construction Association and the Toronto Construction Association.
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required for each set of contract documents. Cheques shall be made payable to Hatch Mott MacDonald.
A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the Tender Price made payable to the City of Thunder Bay, shall accompany each Tender.
The lowest or any Tender need not necessarily be accepted.
