Tenders will be opened publically by True Grit Consulting
Limited at 2:15pm of the same day.
The work of the contract includes the Roadway
Rehabilitation and Resurfacing of approximately 1 km of
Mission Road from City Road to Anemki Drive, within the
Fort William First Nation community.
The major items for the roadway work include construction
of new concrete curb and gutter, grading, excavation,
drainage infrastructure installation, storm sewers, paving,
and landscaping.
As per the specifications of the contract, a tender deposit
must be attached to the tender.
Tender documents will be available from the True Grit
Consulting Ltd. office upon receipt of a non-refundable
deposit cheque in the amount of $75.00 per set made
payable to True Grit Consulting Ltd.
Tender documents will be available for pick up at True Grit
Consulting Ltd. on AUGUST 21, 2014 at 12:00pm. Tender
documents will also be available for viewing between
8:30am and 5:00pm at the Construction Association of
Thunder Bay at 857 May Street North Thunder Bay, ON.
The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.

A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled
for Wednesday, August 20, at
11:00 a.m. (local time) at Trillium
Way, Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Proponents must register (sign in)
with the TBDHC representative
conducting the site visit. Failure to
attend and register (sign in) will
result in bid being disqualified.
Details, specifications and the
necessary Bid Submission forms

Kay Bee Seniors Non Profit Housing Corp.
To provide contracted Property Management Services for a
3-year period starting January 1, 2015. These services will
include financial, operational and maintenance management.
‘Kay Bee’ operates 30 units of seniors housing with a mixture
of market and DSSAB-subsidized tenants at 108 & 110 Hill
St. in Kakabeka Falls, ON. The buildings each house an
independently monitored water treatment plant.
Interested contractors should state remuneration expected
and give an extensive listing of qualifications and experience,
