Tender Documents may be obtained from the office of DST
Consulting Engineers Inc. for the non-refundable cost of $50.00
per set. The documents are available for viewing at the Thunder
Bay Construction Association.
The project includes removal of designated substances and
hazardous materials, demolition and site restoration of two (2)
residential buildings and a shed located at 211 Tupper Street and
224 Camelot Street, Thunder Bay.
Submit with the Tender form a Bid Bond or certified cheque made
payable to the City of Thunder Bay in the amount of ten percent
(10%) of the tender sum. Submit with the Tender form an
agreement to provide a 100% Performance and a 50% Labour and
Material Payment Bond.
A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for 10:00 am, Tuesday
December 9, 2014 at the location of 211 Tupper Street, Thunder
Bay, Ontario. Failure to attend the site meeting and register with
DST will result in the bid being disqualified.
The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.

REQUEST FOR TENDER
Annual Water Quality Monitoring and Reporting
Municipal Solid Waste Disposal Site
The Township of Conmee is requesting tenders for the
provision of environmental services including water quality
monitoring and MOE reporting for the municipal solid
waste disposal site. This is a three year contract beginning
in the 2015 reporting period and ending at December 31st,
2017. The successful applicant will be required to do water
sampling from the existing wells, laboratory data analysis
reporting yearly, as well as a comprehensive water quality
report in 2017. Sampling will be done three times per year.
A Township employee will be available for assistance.
Sealed tenders should be submitted to the Conmee
Municipal Office, 19 Holland Road West, Kakabeka Falls,
Ontario P0T 1W0. Tenders will be accepted by the
undersigned until 4:00 pm, December 19, 2014. Lowest or
