McGuinty prefers 1 big stage

Ontario Liberal Leader Dalton McGuinty confirmed Thursday that he won’t participate in a Sept. 23 Northern debate that he will not be participating in a leaders’ debate in Northern Ontario Sept. 23, despite an offer from the Progressive Conservatives to foot his bill.
