Thunder Bay police are investigating a bomb scare that forced the evacuation of the city’s Bombardier plant on Friday.
Security at the Montreal Street light-rail factory received a bomb threat from a phone call shortly after noon. The plant’s more than 1,000 workers were immediately evacuated out into temperatures that dropped to about -22 C with the wind chill.
