Dancers Sai Kulkarni and Dahab of the World of Dance Centre were preparing Monday for today’s third annual Festival of India at Thunder Bay’s Marina Park. The festivities include food, dance and other entertainment. The event, which is set for 5-9 p.m., is free, or by donation. (Brent Linton)
The organizers of a one-day festival in Thunder Bay say they are lifting the level of entertainment.
