Author Ernest Grundy was on hand at the Salvation Army (Red River Road Lcoation) to launch his book Upon Reflection on Saturday. The book took Grundy seven years to write and chronicles his life-long struggle with mental illness and his coming to terms with it. Grundy is a sales clerk with the Salvation Army.

Ernest Grundy thinks he would have died 20 years ago if he had not come to terms with his mental illness issues and a lot of help from friends.
