Frances Adelaide Otway, age 87 years, a resident of Thunder Bay, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, in St. Joseph‘s Care Group, on Tuesday, August 7th, 2007.

Frances is survived by daughter Gwendolyn Slaght (Willie); their children: Janice (Jean-Gilles), Patty (Carl), and Michael (Tammy); son William Gibson Otway (Ingrid); their children: Allen (Patty), Kimberly (Jason), Ashleigh (B.J.); and ten great grandchildren; sisters: Ann, Bea, Jane; and brother Fred. She was predeceased by her husband Wilfred Gibson Otway; her parents William and Florence; sisters: Doris and Violet; brothers: Philip and Gordie.

Cremation has taken place and a Private Service will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah‘s Witnesses. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
