More than four years after the Superior Court of Justice closed on Camelot Street, it will soon reopen.
And instead of being the home of law and order, it will offer people upscale overnight accommodations.
The Courthouse Hotel is expected to open in late January with reservations now available for mid-February.
The former courthouse is a provincial historic site and was purchased a year ago by developer David Sun, who has spent the last year transforming the building into a hotel that will consist of 41 guest rooms, an exercise room, meeting rooms and a ballroom, which used to be the main courtroom.
