Thunder Bay’s Zen Graphene Solutions has retained a Toronto-based communications consultant to promote the company’s ongoing efforts to develop a high-purity graphite deposit just west of Hearst.

“Under the terms of the agreement, Zen will pay (to the consultant) a monthly retainer of $5,000 for an initial term of six months for ongoing strategic communications and capital markets advisory services.,” a Zen news release said Tuesday.

The company is developing the potential deposit with the support of Constance Lake First Nation.
