For Walter Naveau, the memorandum of understanding signed on Tuesday between the Nishnawbe Aski Nation and the District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board speaks volumes.
Naveau is the deputy grand chief for Nishnawbe Aski Nation and took part in the memorandum that is designed to combat homelessness.
“It is like a rebirth hitting the pavement running. . . . And we are not alone out there,” said Naveau, about the memorandum.
