The Dew Drop Inn will showcase its daily work by opening their doors to the public on Thursday for a fundraising dinner.

Michael Quibell, the centre’s executive director, says the event will help pay off the new walk-in cooler and help with the next important kitchen ventilation project. He’ll also be sharing his secret recipe of chicken tetrazzini that will be served as the main course.

“The idea behind the dinner is it serves as an opportunity for people to come in and enjoy a good affordable meal that is reasonably priced while experiencing the Dew Drop Inn,” he said.
