Armstrong, Terrance (Terry) James

It is with much sadness that the family announces the unexpected passing of Terrance (Terry) James Armstrong on Friday, February 24, 2006. Our beloved son, father, brother, uncle and friend was born on December 17, 1955 in Chapleau, Ontario. He spent his younger years in Schreiber, moving to Winnipeg and then to Thunder Bay. Terry worked for the Iron Workers Local 759 and worked as a welder for 28 years. He is survived by his children Amanda, Jessie, Jean-Paul and Tyler. Also surviving are his mother Irma, sisters Deborah (Bobby), Nancy (Mitchell), brother Peter (Sheryl) as well as nieces and nephews Michael, Nancy, Gregg (Brook), Steven, Garret and Lexi. Terry was predeceased by his father James and nephew Danny. As per Terry's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 4, 2006 at St. John's Anglican Church in Schreiber, Ontario. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in Terry's memory to the charity of your choice.
