Boreski, Gerald

Gerald, a man of great faith and belief in scripture passed February 8, 2012 at the age of 61. Predeceased by parents Nick and Theresa Boreski. Bill and Cathy, Chelsea, Chris, Kara, and Thomas will gather with family for a ceremony in Nova Scotia. Interment at St. Andrews Cemetery will be held at a later date. Great brother to his “blister”, brother-in-law, uncle, and son. He will be dearly missed by all his friends at Lakehead Manor. President of Residents Council, he was a friend to all and knew everyone by name, known best as “the greeter”. Very special thanks for the excellent care and support over the years. You all made it his home. Gerald was born in Manitoba, and raised in Newfoundland and Thunder Bay, Ontario. He was employed by the ship lines, Can Car, and a variety of restaurants as a chef. He loved to cook, and he loved to eat, pray and love. Thanks to his church and the elders for visits, blessings, and anointment.
