They raised their four children in Sault Ste Marie and Thunder Bay Ont before moving to Kamloops in 1991.Barbara will be remembered by her family and many friends for the joy she found in people and in her love of family. She devoted much of her life to the music she enjoyed, most especially singing in choirs (including the TBSO Chorus) and serving on the Boards of the Thunder Bay Symphony, Kamloops Symphony and the Kamloops Arts Commission. Barbara's idea of family was broad including her many friends near and far. Her passion for life made her an inspiration to us all. We will miss her deeply.A Service of Remembrance, in honour of Barbara's life, will be held at Kamloops United Church on St. Paul St. on Wednesday September 14th at 2:00pm. Internment in Hamilton, Ontario.Instead of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Thunder Bay Symphony, or the Cancer Society.
