FENTON, EILEEN WINNIFREDMrs. Eileen Fenton, age 86 passed away peacefully at Thunder Bay Regional Hospital on Tuesday, May 20, 2003.Born and raised in Fort William. She married Ray Fenton in 1937 and together they raised their 3 children. A quiet lady who found enjoyment in her home and family, especially her grandchildren.Survived by her son Gary (Gale) Fenton of Egg Harbor, Wisconsin, her daughter Maureen Verdone, her special grandchildren, Lori (Ken) Castonguay, Linda Hainrich, Craig (Roberta) Hainrich, Karen (George) Howarth, all of Thunder Bay, Grant Fenton, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Gaylene Fenton, Atlanta, Georgia, Glynis (Joe) Schons, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Alana (Russ) Robson, Kingston, Ontario, Dawn Verdone, Winnipeg, Manitoba, and eight great grandchildren.Predeceased by her husband Ray, daughter Sharon Hainrich, her parents Fred & Myrtle Passingham, her sister Lola Passingham and her son-in-law John Hainrich.Cremation has taken place. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 30 at 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, corner of Grey & Walsh Streets, Rev. Mark McLennan officiating.Visitation with family one hour prior to service.Donations to Thunder Bay Regional Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
