Wife to James O. Ferguson, Mother and friend to Brenda and Su Ferguson (Don Burkheimer). Grandmother to Jocelyn/Eric, Jean-Paul/ Crystal, Ryan/Jasmine and Rachelle/Rob and Great Grandmother to Roch, Mason, Kennedy, Cydnie, Lucas and Jude. Sister and best friend of Mildred/ Richard and Ken/Doris and aunt to Marlene, Deb, Bill, Les and their families. Phyllis was a Thunder Bay businesswoman, operating a floral & gift shop – The Special Touch and a dedicated volunteer of over 55 years with the Auxiliary to St. Joseph’s Hospital, who received many awards for her volunteer work from the City of Thunder Bay and the Province of Ontario.

a friendship that continually seems to grow.
You can see it in their lives, the joy each one of them derives,

the memories they share.

Your body kept you back these last years, but your spirit was strong and your will to live was amazing. Thank you for staying with us as long as you did and gifting us with your love. You and Dad together again, fly high and strong! In accordance with mom’s wishes there will be no services. Donations in Phyllis’ memory to Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or your favorite charity would be appreciated.
