Johnson, Carl Kenneth Carl (Mr. Buggs)

On March 5th, 2008, Ken passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side. Ken was born on November 22, 1935 in Port Arthur. At the age of 18, Ken relocated to Marathon where he met and married his loving wife Joan. He loved spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren at their cottage on Hicks Lake, soaking up the sun, playing cards, and specially taking his brother-in-law's money. Another highlight of his summer was captaining his boat while the rest of the family water-skied. Ken will be sadly missed by his wife Joan; son Richard, daughter-in-law Pamela, grandchildren Keith and Joel; daughter Lori, son-in-law Donald Theriault, grandchildren Justin and Patricia. He is also survived by his sister Mable Kydd, her husband Jack, sister Violet Ludwinski, brothers and sisters-in-law David & Kirsti Talarico, Don & Maria Talarico and Gary & Susan Talarico as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ken was predeceased by his parents Victoria & Eric Johnson and stepmother Doris Johnson, granddaughter Carla, sisters Helen Klamie and Myrtle Watson. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. Funeral services for the late Ken Johnson will be held on Sunday, March 9th at St. John's United Church at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire memorial donations can be made to St. John's United Church or Wilson Memorial General Hospital.
