Johnston, Grace Auldene

Grace Auldene Johnston passed away peacefully February 15, 2008 at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre at the age of 86. Auldene taught school until she decided to change careers and earned a Masters Degree in social work. She worked in Toronto and eventually Thunder Bay at St. Joseph's Hospital. Auldene was an elder and longtime member of Wesley United Church. She is survived by her brother Don (Wilma) Johnston, niece Kathleen (Jim) Dancy and grandnephew and niece Andrew Smith and Julie Smith. Auldene was predeceased by her parents Lon and Grace Johnston and niece Donna Johnston. A funeral service will be held at a later date.
