Mr. Patrick McDonald age 65 years of Skyline Drive (formerly of Elm Street) passed away suddenly on Sunday March 2, 2003. Patrick lived a comfortable life and was well looked after by his mother for over fifty years, and then more recently by the staff of the Skyline Group Home until the time of his death.Patrick is survived by his cousins Louise Shewchuk and Lorna (Ernest) Harquail. Numerous other relatives also survive. He was predeceased by his parents, grandparents, and his aunts and uncles. Funeral Services for the late Mr. Patrick McDonald will be held on Thursday March 6, 2003 (TODAY)leaving the EVEREST FUNERAL CHAPEL 299 Waverley at Algoma at 9:40 am to St. Andrew's R. C. Church for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM, celebrated by Fr. Scott Gale. Interment in St. Andrew's Cemetery. Visitation for friends will be on Wednesday (tonight) from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Everest Chapel. Donations in memory of Patrick McDonald may be made to Options Northwest or Wesway Inc. The family of the late Patrick McDonald would like to thank all the friends who attended the funeral service, sent cards and who offered their support in any way. A special thank you to the staff of Skyline Group Home who were always there for Patrick with their love and attention. Thank you to Fr. Scott Gale for his comforting Mass and for the lovely music.
