Mcmillan, Mary E.

Mary E. McMillan, died peacefully on Wednesday, July 24, 2002 at her residence of 4 North, St. Joseph's Hospital (formerly of 405 Waverley St. ) after a long illness. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 56 years Bill in 1995, her only sister Ruth Meek in 1997 and her daughter-in-law Sam in 2002. Dear Mother of Kathy McMillan and her husband David Sparks and Bill McMillan of Vancouver. She was the cherished Nana of Ian and Gillian Hamilton, Heather Hamilton, Ann Hamilton and Milo McMillan. Also affectionately known as 'Great Nan' to Connor and Kennedy Hamilton and Alexander McMillan. A Memorial Service to celebrate Mary's life will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 27th at Knox United Church, 303 Pruden St. Remembrances may be made to St. Joseph's Care Group or the Mission and Service Fund of the United Church of Canada.
