(FERGUSON) At the NHS - General Site on Sunday, August 30, 2009, at the age of 79 years. Beloved wife of Bruce for 60 years. Loving mother of Sheryl (Germain) Tremblay of Thunder Bay, Susan (Greg) Johnson of Oakville and Ken (Jan) Scott of St. Catharines. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Terri-Lynn (Tim) Burgess, Kevin (Connie) Tremblay, Adam (Jennifer) Scott, Kaitlin Johnson (Liam), Eric Johnson (Amy), Cameron Johnson, Darryl, Kelly, & Kasey Scott and great-grandchildren Micheal & Meghan Tremblay, Logan, Evan, Ivy Scott, Thomas, Tiana & Todd Burgess. She is also survived by her loving brother Bill Ferguson of Thunder Bay and his children Heather, Doug and Michael and their families, aunts Gertrude Bishop and Susan Bailey of Thunder Bay, sister-in-law Jessie Skinner & family of Mississauga. She is predeceased by her parents Bill (1969) & Edith (1973) Ferguson and her son Murray (2003). In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Charity of ones choice. A special thank you to Dr. Lucey, Dr. De Souza and the doctors and nursing staff at the NHS - General Site. Mrs. Scott is at the NIAGARA ST. CHAPEL of BUTLER FUNERAL HOME, 424 Niagara St. (south of Scott) where the family will receive friends on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. followed by cremation.
