Mr. William Shewchuk age 86 years, a resident of Thunder Bay, died in Versa Care, on Wednesday, April 23, 2003. William was born and raised in Port Arthur, Ontario. He was a lifetime resident of Thunder Bay. William is survived by his son William Kenneth (Christine), grandchildren Samantha, Sarah, Valerie, Patrick and Sheila, daughter Linda Paquette (John), grandchildren Rachelle and Joshua. William was predeceased by his wife Cecilia, parents William and Leona, brothers and one sister. As per William's wishes, cremation has taken place with private interment at a later date. If friends desire, memorials to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be appreciated.
