ARTHUR "GAIL" SPICER (1931 - 2006) Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital on February 23rd, 2006. Brother to R. Lyle Spicer (wife Sheila) of Dorval, Quebec, and Chuck Spicer (wife Karen) of Ottawa, Ontario. Uncle to Lori, Wendy, Bob, Gord, Allison and David. Sincere thanks to the staff at the Perley Rideau, Gatineau 2 South for their wonderful care, and to Dr. Sutcliffe at the Ottawa General Hospital.
