Trochimchuk, Edward
TROCHIMCHUK Mr. Edward Trochimchuk, age 66 years passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2009. Ed was born November 1, 1942 in Fort William. Better known as ET, he was employed by the CGC as a weighman for better than 39 years. He loved the outdoors especially fishing and hunting. He was also a great hockey player in his younger years, and later on in life took to ten pin bowling. Ed is survived by his wife Karen; daughters Adena (Rob), Lynn, Debbie (Paul); step-son Ken (Tracy); and step-daughter Kathie. Also surviving are grandchildren, Zachary, Bailey, Cameron, Karli, Brendan, Cara, Nick, Trinity, Jalen and Shay; mother Mary, sister Karen, sister-in-law Arlene; in-laws Harold, Helen and Keith whom he shared a special bond with as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by father Peter and brothers Alan and Dave. Funeral services for Mr. Edward Trochimchuk will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James. If friends so desire memorial donations may be made to the Crohns and Colitis Foundation-Thunder Bay Chapter, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice.
