Zygar, Aleksy (Alex)

Mr. Aleksy (Alex) Zygar age 89 years of Dawson Court, formerly of Egan Street, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2008. Born in Poland, he came to Canada to Port Arthur in 1950 where he worked in the Abitibi bushcamps, and later for Richardson Terminals for over thirty years. His home and garden were his main interests. Survived by son William, daughter Mary and husband Neil Wiens, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Helen in November 1993. Cremation has taken place, and Alex will be laid to rest with his wife in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
