Green curry halibut
- Place sauce in 10-inch (25 cm) frying pan. Bring to a boil. Add carrots, red
peppers and green onions to pan; cook over medium heat until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add halibut, making sure fish is covered by sauce and vegetables. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 5-7 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- Serve garnished with lime wedges and additional sliced green onion, if desired.
