INFORMATION SESSION – An information session: Nordic Pole Walking, will be held today at Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre, 700 River St., 1:30 p.m. The origin & health benefits of Nordic walking will be reviewed followed by an introductory examination of the technique & equipment used. UNIVERSITY INFORMATION PROGRAM – University Information Program information night will be held today at Sir Winston Churchill Collegiate and Vocational Institute, 7-9:30 p.m. Representatives from 21 degree-granting universities from across Ontario will be on site to present their course offerings & special features.
