PIRATE‘S COVE CHILDREN‘S FESTIVAL – The Downtown Heart of the Harbour BIA is calling all vendors, artisans, and crafters who are interested in participating in the Pirate‘s Cove Children‘s Festival taking place, Wed., Aug. 4. Limited space is available for this fun-filled family event located on St. Paul Street at Red River Road. PUSH NORTHWEST VOLUNTEER FAIR – Persons United for Self Help (PUSH) will hold a volunteer fair, Wed., Aug. 4, so that people can become aware of the support services offered through PUSH Northwest and lend their voice to speak out on issues that impact their quality of life. Persons with disabilities, seniors and their families and friends are invited to visit the office at 1201 Jasper Drive, meet the volunteers and find out how you can become involved in creating a more accessible Northwestern Ontario.
