It’s time again for the St. Ignatius drama class to pull open the curtain on another fabulous play. The play is a holiday mystery providing entertaining comic relief and is our culminating activity, which we have been working on for the past few months. We have been studying performance strategies, techniques and the rehearsal process while developing a sense of community, self-awareness and artistic growth.
As a class, we have decided to donate a portion of our proceeds to Shelter House Thunder Bay. We are also accepting donations of canned goods and non-perishable food items at the door for the Shelter House. This is a very important initiative because there is an increased need in our community, especially around the holiday season. Our class feels that it is important to help their community and those in need.
Come out and enjoy our performance of The Jingle Bell Mystery which will be presented in the St. Ignatius High School Auditorium on Dec. 20 and 21 at 7 p.m.
The Jingle Bell Mystery will be a memorable experience for all involved and that the students learn skills, experience and strategies to last a lifetime.
