Two new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit on Friday.
Both cases are travel-related, according to information released by the health unit.
One involves a man in his 60s from the Thunder Bay area. Another case involves a woman from the Thunder Bay area in her 50s.
This brings cases up to 97 for the Thunder Bay District Health Unit region, along with one death in April.
Physical distancing, frequent hand-washing and staying home when feeling ill are all still advised practices in the fight against COVID-19.
