Members of the Thunder Bay Chinese-Canadian Association are awoken from the belly of the lion during their lion dance performance at a past Folklore Festival in Fort William Gardens.

The Folklore Festival is going online this year.

With stay-at-home and lockdown orders in effect, running an in-person show in Thunder Bay would not be possible this year.

On the weekend of May 1 to 2, the dates the event would have taken place in person, it will go virtual. The spectacle will run online at the Folklore website.
