Thunder Bay city council will vote on the fate of Victoriaville Centre on Monday.

A report was presented to council last month with various options for the building, which has been running a deficit for 40 years.

The options in the report, prepared by Winnipeg-based consulting firm Urban Systems, include repurposing the mall, reconfiguring it or removing it.
