Queens of Westfort

The Queens won the game 5-0. The Queens had finished 3-0-0 in their pool before defeating the North End Flames 6-1 in the semifinal on Saturday night. In other division finals, the North End bested the Neebing Hawks 5-2 in the 11AA finale, the Westfort Maroons doubled up the Flames 4-2 in the 13A championship game and the KC Sabres captured the 13AA crown with a 6-4 triumph over the Elks 82s. The Thunder Bay Beavers outlasted the Volunteer Pool Bearcats 3-2 in the 15A final and the host Westfort Rangers took down the Fort William Canadiens 7-2 to earn the 18A gold medal.
